Cancellation & Refund Terms
After completing your Dark Matter purchase, you may request a sale cancellation and refund if you meet the following conditions.
All of the conditions below must be met for your request to be considered:
1) You must submit your request within 14 days of the purchase date.
2) You must not have spent the Dark Matter you purchased.
3) Although the purchase was completed, the Dark Matter must not have been credited to your account within 24 hours.
4) Your account must not have any rule violations or penalties.
If all of the above conditions are met, your payment will be refunded.
Note: Gifted Dark Matter orders are not eligible for refunds.
These terms apply to all purchases made through our site. By registering on our site, you are considered to have accepted these terms.
